How can I know what size is right for me?

We strongly recommend that you check our «Size Guide» before you make a purchase, since all of our XFeat® garments are very closed-fitting. Within that section you will find the «key» measurements that will help you choose the right size.

I want to acquire a product but it is not available

All products on the Web Site are subject to limited production, so it is possible that we run out of stock for some sizes or colors. For this reason we created the service «Let Me Know When it’s Available» that may be found in a button in the product page for products whose size or color is out of stock. You have to click on it and register your name and email if you want us to inform you when the product is back in stock.

If the product is already available for the selected size and color we will show you a «Buy» button through which you may add the item to your basket and proceed to formalize the purchase.

What type of guarantee does XFeat® offer?

At XFeat® we guarantee the quality and performance of ALL our products against manufacturing defects. You can return to XFeat®, at no charge, any product that presents a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the purchased products you will have a period of one month after you become aware of the defect to communicate your non-conformity to XFeat®.

Keep in mind that we only process returns and refunds for those products that were acquired on our Web Site. For more information please check clause 6.1 «Return of a product for manufacturing defects» in our «Terms and Conditions».

What is the lifespan of products offered by XFeat®?

All our products are designed to last: we are against planned obsolescence and throwaway culture. That is why we select each of the components following the most stringent quality standards.

The lifespan of our products is above most of the products that can be found in the market today, with the added bonus of their being made using only recycled and/or organic raw materials.

How can I make my clothes last longer?

In order to make your clothes last and look great for much longer it is important that you take good care of them. Here is some advice on how to take care of your clothes so that you can enjoy them in your next training sessions and adventures:

  • Follow carefully the washing instructions for your clothes. Try to always organize your laundries dividing clothes in groups according to the instructions on each item, type of fabric and color.

  • Avoid using softener, since this could negatively affect the moisture absorption properties of the fabrics.

  • We recommend to wash all printed clothing inside out in order to keep print quality for more time.

  • Avoid using automatic dryers, since these are highly responsible for the wear and tear of your clothes. Instead, use your usual clothesline and avoid exposing your clothes to direct sunlight in order to make their color last longer. Drying your clothes in the open will not only increase their lifespan, but it will also help you save energy and you will contribute to contaminate our planet less.

  • Treat all stains and spills immediately: apply ice cold water or soda immediately after the incident to avoid the stain from dwelling, patting it rather than rubbing.

Do I need to create an account before I place an order?

To acquire any of the products offered on our Web Site it is necessary that you create an account with your data through the purchase form available at the time of payment or through the «My Account» section of our Web Site.

This account will let you know in real time the status of your orders: once the purchase is made and after allowing a reasonable time of 24 hours to process your order you can log into «My Account», click on the «Orders» tab and check your order status in the «Tracking» column.

When does my order ship?

For orders within Mainland Spain: The estimated delivery time for Mainland Spain is of 3-5 business days after the order is placed. This delivery time will be calculated from the moment you receive your purchase receipt, except if you explicitly ask us to make the delivery at any moment later than the delivery time set.

For orders outside of Mainland Spain: For shipments outside of Mainland Spain, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the estimated delivery time will vary depending on the final destination, so we recommend that you track your order status online by accessing your profile in the «My Account» section on our Web Site. XFeat® may turn down those orders that require a specific delivery time if it’s impossible for us to ensure a timely delivery.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order status at all times through the «My Account» section on our Web Site by clicking on the «Orders» tab and checking the status in the «Tracking» column.

Take into account that this information may not be available until 24 hours after you place your order. If you can’t track your order after this 24-hour period has passed, please contact us through the «Contact Us» section on our Web Site.

Do I need to sign when my order arrives?

Yes, al orders require a signature to be delivered. If you are not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the carrier will try to deliver the package 1 (one) more time and then it will be left at the closest office for you to pick up within the following 7 (seven) calendar days.

If you can foresee a logistic problem in your order delivery please leave a note for us in the purchase form under «Observations» and we will do all we can to organize a delivery method adapted to your needs.

Can I send products to an address other than the billing address?

Yes, no problem. Your shipping address can be different than your billing address.

Does XFeat® make shipments to multiple addresses?

For logistic reasons each order is sent to a single address. If you wish to make shipments to different addresses you will have to make an order for every shipping address.

Can I change my shipping address, add or remove products after I’ve placed my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order please contact XFeat® immediately through our Customer Service in the «Contact Us» section on our Web Site indicating the order number and the needed changes so we can help you. Keep in mind that we can’t add or remove items from your order or change your shipping address once your order has been sent.

What payment methods do we accept at XFeat®?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card and PayPal in XFeat®?

XFeat® complies with all Card Payment Industry regulations, therefore we don’t store financial or payment information on our system. You can use your credit card or PayPal to make purchases at our Web Site with 100% reliability.

What other taxes may I have to pay when placing an order?

When you place an order on our Web Site for delivery in a country outside of the European Economic Community you may be forced to pay import duties and taxes, which will be charged when the package reaches its destination. XFeat® has no control on such charges, so any additional charge due to customs clearance will be at your expense. Customs policies vary significantly between countries, so we recommend that you check with the corresponding customs office for more information.

Is there a foreign transaction fee?

Some banks or credit card companies may charge a foreign transaction fee for purchases made outside of your country of residence. We recommend that you contact your card issuing bank (if that were the case) to obtain more information on this possible charge.

XFeat® will only charge the amount indicated on our Web Site at the moment of paying your order.

Is my personal information private?

At XFeat® we respect your privacy. That is why we take the necessary measures to ensure compliance with privacy principles and requirements in accordance with all legal requirements and applicable regulations. XFeat® will not sell, trade, rent or lend your personal data to organizations with purposes other than those stated in our «Privacy Policy».

The purpose of our privacy policy is to inform our clients, visitors and other individuals that deal with us about the way in which we collect, use and disclose personal data that is in our custody or control. Please check our «Privacy Policy» for more information.
